Full Wedding Planning

What I Provide

Full planning is my most complete package. I step in as your planner, designer
and coordinator from day one, so nothing falls to you unless you want it to.

  • Vendor research, booking and contracts: I match you with vendors that fit your style, budget and personality. I bring you curated options, negotiate contracts, and manage the back and forth.
  • Full design and mood board: I build your complete design from the ground up. Color palette, florals, layout and every detail, pulled together into one cohesive vision.
  • Complete design plan: A full list of every item your wedding needs, from linens to signage to ceremony décor, with quantities and sources for each one.
  • Budget building and tracking: I build your budget with you and manage every expense, so you always know where you stand and there are no surprises.
  • Timeline creation and management: Detailed timelines for planning milestones, vendor coordination and the flow of your day, so everyone knows what to do and when.
  • Access to my wedding planning portal: Month by month checklists, budget tracker, guest list and RSVP tools, timeline builders and every planning document you’ll need.
  • Unlimited support and check ins: Unlimited phone and email support the entire time we work together, plus regular check ins so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Rehearsal and wedding day coordination: I run your rehearsal and spend the full day on site managing setup, vendors, timing and every detail, so you get to be in your wedding.

Our Process

Full planning is a long partnership. Here is how our months together tend to unfold.

  • Step one: Discovery consultation: We meet, get to know each other, and talk through your vision, priorities and everything you have in mind so far.
  • Step two: Portal setup and planning kickoff: I set you up in my planning portal with your checklist and timeline, and we build the first draft of your budget together.
  • Step three: Vendor curation and booking: I research, vet and present vendor options for every category. You choose. I handle the contracts and communication from there.
  • Step four: Design session and mood board: I create your mood board and complete design plan, and we refine them together until they feel right.
  • Step five: Ongoing planning and check ins: Regular check ins to review progress, make decisions and keep every vendor aligned with your design and timeline.
  • Step six: Final month takeover: I confirm every vendor, finalize your layouts and timeline, and walk through your site. Two detail meetings tie up every last piece.
  • Step seven: Rehearsal and wedding day: I run your rehearsal, then spend the day on site managing setup, vendors and timing. You show up and stay in the moment.

Questions

Questions Couples Ask

How much time will I actually need to spend on wedding planning?

You’re involved in the decisions that matter to you. Most couples spend 5 to 10 hours a month in conversations with me, reviewing vendor options and making design decisions. Compare that to 15 to 20 hours a month managing everything yourself.

I bring options and expertise. You make the final calls on the things that matter to you. We collaborate on your vision and I make sure everything works together. This is a partnership, not me dictating your design.

Things change, and we adjust. As long as a change works for your timeline and budget, we make it happen. That’s the whole point of having a planner. You’re not locked into anything.

I have backup vendors and contingency plans for the major categories. If something happens, I find a replacement and manage the communication, so you don’t even know there was a problem.

Yes. If you want rehearsal dinner planning, engagement party coordination or other related events included, we can add those to your package.

We adjust. If the design needs to shift, if vendor needs change, or if the timeline needs tweaking, we handle it. Planning isn’t fixed. It responds to what actually happens.

Because I coordinate with every vendor, review their work leading up to the event, give them detailed briefs, and I’m there on the day making sure everything happens as planned.
