Partial Wedding Planning

You Plan It. I Design It.

Your vendors are booked and you love the planning. I come in as your designer and expert on call, then take the logistics off your plate in the final month.

Partial Wedding Planning

What I Provide

You stay the main planner. I come in as your designer and your wedding planning Siri, then take over completely in the final month.

  • Design session: We sit down and talk through everything you love, everything you have saved, and how you want your day to feel. I pull it into one clear direction.
  • Custom mood board: A mood board showing your color palette, florals, textures, décor and overall feel. It becomes the visual guide for you and every one of your vendors.
  • Complete design plan: A full list of every item your wedding needs, with quantities and where to get each one, so you never wonder what you are missing.
  • Vendor alignment: Your mood board and design plan go to your florist, rental company and other design vendors, so everyone is working toward the same vision.
  • Access to my wedding planning portal: The same tools I use with every couple. Month by month checklists, budget and guest list tools, timeline templates and planning documents.
  • Unlimited questions, anytime: Unlimited phone and email support from the day your package starts. Think of me as the wedding planner in your pocket.
  • A second set of eyes on your vendors: Send me your florist proposal, rental quote or stationery draft. I review it against your design plan and tell you what to adjust.
  • Expert input on the details: Layouts, ceremony order, stationery wording, music moments. You plan them. I guide you through the choices based on real weddings.
  • Final month takeover: Four weeks out, I take over. I confirm every vendor, finalize your layouts and timeline, and send the final timeline to your vendors the week before.
  • Two detail meetings: We meet twice in the final four weeks to walk through every last detail together.
  • Rehearsal and wedding day coordination: I run your rehearsal, then spend 12 hours on site managing setup, vendors, timing and your design details.

Our Process

Partial planning usually starts around six months out, once your vendors are booked and you are ready to focus on design.

  • Step one: Consultation and portal setup: We meet, go over what you have booked, and I set you up in my planning portal with your checklist, timeline and tools.
  • Step two: Design session: We talk through your vision, your inspiration and the feeling you want your day to have.
  • Step three: Mood board and design plan: I create your mood board and complete design plan. We refine them together until they feel like you.
  • Step four: You plan, I guide: With your design plan in hand, you gather, order and book at your own pace. Whenever you have a question, I’m a message away.
  • Step five: Final month handoff: Four weeks out, I take over the logistics. I confirm vendors, finalize your timeline and layouts, and hold two detail meetings with you.
  • Step six: Wedding day: I run your rehearsal and manage your entire day, making sure every design detail is set just right. You planned it. Now you get to enjoy it.

The Reality Most Couples Face

You’ve done your homework. You know your colors. You’ve researched vendors. You’ve booked some. You have Pinterest boards. You know your vision. But now you’re managing vendor emails, building timelines, tracking who needs payment, figuring out how it all flows together. You thought the hard part was over, but the coordination part is becoming overwhelming. Some vendors aren’t responding. You’re not sure if timelines line up. You’re coordinating things that don’t seem connected. You’re six months out and realizing this operational side is more work than the planning side was.

Partial Wedding Planning Solves This

Ashley takes the operational side completely off your hands. You keep your vision, your vendors, your creative decisions. She takes over coordination. She manages vendor communication, gets confirmations, clarifies details, tracks payments. She builds your timeline, creates contingency plans, develops ceremony and reception flow. She creates family communication plans and coordinates logistics. You keep creative control. She keeps everything organized and running smoothly.

Why Couples Really Choose This

Not because they need their hand held. Because they’ve done the creative work and just need someone to execute it professionally. Because coordination is a skill that takes expertise and attention to detail. Because having someone else manage vendor communication means vendors actually respond and confirm. Because the difference between a well-coordinated wedding and a chaotic one is someone who knows how to build timelines and manage logistics.

What Changes For You

The operational burden lifts immediately. You’re not managing vendor emails. You’re not wondering if timelines connect. You’re not tracking payments. Ashley handles it. You reclaim 10-15 hours per month. You get to enjoy your wedding vision instead of stressing about execution. Your vendors are coordinated. Your timeline is built. Your logistics are handled. You get to be the couple excited about their wedding instead of the project coordinator stressed about details.

The Investment

Partial Wedding Planning is typically less expensive than full planning because you’ve already made major decisions. Pricing is customized based on scope and complexity. Contact Ashley for a quote based on your specific needs.

Questions

Questions Couples Ask

What's the main difference between partial and full planning?

In full planning, I’m the planner. I handle vendor research, contracts, budget, design and every detail from start to finish. In partial planning, you’re the planner. I design your wedding, guide you through the details, and take over the logistics in the final month.

Day of coordination starts about one month before your wedding and focuses on logistics and the day itself. Partial planning adds the design, your mood board, your design plan, and months of guidance while you plan.

It’s your shopping and sourcing list for your whole wedding. Every décor item, rental, stationery piece and detail you’ll need, with quantities and where to get each one. It takes the guesswork out of bringing your vision to life.

No. The plan shows you what you need and your options for each item, whether that’s buying, renting, borrowing or making it yourself. You decide what fits your budget and style.

Not at all. Most couples come in with a few ideas and a lot of saved inspiration. That’s exactly what the design session and mood board are for.

Month by month checklists, a budget tracker, guest list and RSVP management, timeline builders and planning documents. You’ll have access for your whole package.

As early as six months before your wedding. By then, most couples have their vendors booked and are ready to focus on design and details.

Partial planning starts after your vendors are booked. If you’re missing one or two, I’m happy to point you to my preferred vendor list, and I can add vendor recommendations as an option.

I share your mood board and design plan with your design vendors, so everyone is aligned. Otherwise, you stay the main contact during planning, and I help you know what to ask. In the final month, I take over vendor communication completely.

As often as you need. You get unlimited questions by phone or email, regular check ins, and close contact during the final month.

Yes, absolutely. If you’d rather hand off more of the planning, we can expand your package.
